You may create an account using Google OAuth or email/password registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Digital Products & Courses

When you purchase a digital product or course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own personal use. You do not acquire ownership of the content. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or make the content available to others.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). You agree to pay the listed price for any product you purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for digital products and courses. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse.

Coaching Services Disclaimer

Life coaching is not therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, or medical advice. Our coaching services are designed to support personal growth, goal setting, and accountability. They are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, medical advice, or legal counsel. Results from coaching vary by individual, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, courses, and software, is the property of Yohana Life Coaching and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to: use our services for any unlawful purpose; submit false or misleading reviews; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems; interfere with the proper functioning of our website; use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our website.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yohana Life Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
